are 100% guaranteed to meet your
satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, the
gemstone can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within
14 days of receiving the package. The gemstone must be returned in
original condition with the original shipping and packaging material.
The refund does not include shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Privacy
We never make your
e-mail address available to any other company or organization.
If you supply us with your mailing address, you may receive periodic
mailings from Pedra Bonita
with information on new products and
services. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us

If you have supplied us with your mailing address, we never, ever share

Shipping
Shipping and insurance is $8. We always ship using Priority Mail with
insurance and delivery confirmation unless the customer specifies otherwise. All orders are
shipped from the United States.

If you ever need to exchange or
return a product just e-mail, call or write us with how you want the
problem solved. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Loupe Clean - Under
10x magnification the gemstone is free of any inclusions.
Almost Loupe Clean
- With 10x magnification small inclusions are visible but only under
magnification and not the naked eye.
Eye Clean -
Inclusions are not visible to the eye.
Very Slightly
Included - The gemstone has small inclusions that are difficult to see
or only visible from some angles.
Slightly Included -
Small inclusions are visible to the naked eye in the gemstone.
Moderately Included
- Larger inclusions are noticeable in the gemstone.
Included - Many
inclusions are visible in the gemstone.
Photography
All of our
photographs are of the actual gemstone. We do not reuse old photographs
of a different gemstone. Every attempt is made to reproduce the gemstone
in the photograph exactly as it is seen under daylight conditions. While
we strive for 100% accuracy, differences in computer monitors, color
temperatures and viewing conditions cause images to appear differently
on each computer.
